While the market has slowed from the hyper speed we saw early in the year, home sales remain strong in October.
The number of October home sales is very comparable to the same period in 2016 (41 sales) and 2015 (45 sales). This year we saw a higher average sale prices in Centre Wellington in October ($511,961) over September ($465,820) and the average sale price this year in October is up 15.7% over October 2016, and 28.1% over October 2015 average sale price.
