Centre Wellington home sales remained strong in December 2017 as we wind down the year. A typical seasonal slow down of available homes for sale did not deter buyers still looking to purchase. Although there was a slight decrease in the average Year to Date sale price in December 2017 ($513,289) down from November 2017 average ($517,529), there is still a 6.5% increase in the monthly average sale price in December 2016 $441,710 to $470,513 in December 2017.
As we enter 2018, the housing market remains strong and there are buyers still waiting for 
that perfect home to come up for sale.
